I guess lots of you are saying enough already, I've been working on images on my laptop non-stop.

It has been so quiet here at work, most of the students are writing or camming for exams, temps have been high ...... a very quiet time to be in a boiler room, watching over a heating plant. My shift ends tomorrow so this will be my last photo for at least a few days.

Its an HDR created using Photomatix grunge image (the top colors and effects in the final version).
Used Nik Color effects to add a dark sepia tone to complete image (the bottom castle walls in the final version)
Sandwiched original grunge and sepia version.
Then I used the Dave Woeller's Method (from paint by numbers image, so many different uses for this).
Adding light and color from the top right corner across to the middle of image. I left the sun rays in top right corner on purpose.
Hope you understand what I've typed above...I barely do.Thanks for looking, I think I can take a break for a few days.

This is very, very cool, Paul! Nicely composed, and awesome job processing - love the colors and textures. What a great looking castle, must have been amazing to see in person.

Paul, the treatment is awesome with the colors and textures. My only suggestion would be to use the "perspective" tool to straighten the buildings. I like what you did with the two diagonal layers. I do understand... Take a break for sure!

A fantastic view and I like the way the building looks with the effect. I might try to eliminate the slight edging around the top of the building and tree line. The effect created an enchanted look that goes well with the castle.

    Nice image and application, Paul.

Kind of looks like a tapestry.

Haven't a clue what you just wrote in your description of method, but I like the result. Very nice.
