awesome picture mate. I love the prey. The can be very tough to get cose to.

I think the image has a slight cyan/greenish cast

Thanks Jan! You are right - there was a greenish cast. Replaced the original post with this one which I like better - what do you think?

Your usual high quality image, Ofer. I saw no green cast but I see you replaced that image. The action and water dripping from the crab make this one special.

That is one Great shot, Ofer.
Besides the pose and the interest with the crab, the light is gorgeous.
    Perfect DOF for me also.

Love the water drip off of the crab, who would'nt. The yellow legs with room to walk into is just right. The wind blowing the chest feathers makes it more real to me. It presents a natural feel and engages the viewer, I can feel the cold wind and hear the waves. The open beak and the red color inside the throat is a plus for me. I am on my Sager Laptop, the white strip appears warm from here. But not a deal breaker. Nice details in the body, love the whole scene.

I liked the head angle better on the other one but this one is more engaging. Fantastic moment captured, great light, superb IQ as ever, Ofer. Keep em coming!

This is really killer, Ofer. Love that low angle, the light, the colors with all the environment. The catch with the water droplets is a huge plus.

Great action here. Love the way water drips from the crab. I like the colors in the frame as well. The yellow of Heron's legs and the BG blue.

Killer shot Ofer...one of the best. that crab takes it few notches up and those droplets take it even further up. Even without the crab, this would have been stunner....you added two extra elements there...what an incredible low percentage shot.
