Assistance posting an image

I have yet to figure out how to post an image that shows up as a thumbnail /attachment and it seems that most here post an image that has a thumbnail / attachment.

Currently the only way that I can post an image is by uploading it to my website and then providing a URL to that image and I assume that there is some minimum limit of posts that I have to make to be able to post attachments or am I missing something. If this is the case what is that minimum ?

Linked images do not generally create an image thumb Gavin. You have to upload the image to the BPN server, but that is a paid member benefit.

Ahh, no one ever told me that, I will look into the cost of doing that. Thank you for the information
