A Large male leopard on patrol one evening, in this image he was scraping the ground before marking his territory, this is what created the dust, the light source is a spotlight shone from a vehicle behind him. I like the mood created with the dust and the lighting.

Like this a lot Brendon, the back lighting and subsequent dust haze reflection on this leopard is nicely done,
only thing I would change is to tone down the three grass stalks (on the right of frame) that are catching the light and attention somewhat.
Very nicely composed all the same.

I'm trying to remember where I've seen this before? Did you post this before when there was some website problems?

Brendon - well seen and well done! The dust cloud really makes the image.

Nice work Brendon. A shame the spotlight didnt fill the bottom LHC but it does not distract from the scene.

    Hi Brendon,
i am sure I have seen this image, but cannot remember where. I agree with Morkel, a wonderful image and I would be happy having this image in my collection. I would not change a thing.
    TFS and best wishes,
    Mark.
