    This is a Red-tailed Hawk :-)

    Nice foresty habitat - and the sun was shining in just the right spot! Too bad the leaves are obstructing the talons. A bit more room below would have been nice too.

    Nice image, i agree with Daniel's points made. Sharpness looks good.

    I would go lighten the face a couple of points in PS.

    Lovely image. I particularly like the forest setting and the complimentary colors. Sharp, and good exposure control. I also think that lightening the face just a bit will improve this nice image.
