    Hi all,
Met this happy gentleman on my last trip to India, who was joyfully serving his customers with flavored milk (Thandai). Watched him for about 30 mins and took a few candid shots, then approached and showed him the pictures. He was exhilarated and posed for me further on! The flavored milk he served was outstanding, and his happiness contagious

Shreyas, welcome to OOTB I love the image and the PB effect. I think I would prefer a sharper face on the fellow on the left. The eyes and face on the main gentleman are wonderful as the scene. Well done.

Shreyas, Big welcome to OOTB. This is fanatastic! I love the composition and the filtering. The conversion is terrific too. I agree w/ Cheryl regarding the guy on the left but this image has a great look to it!!

Very nicely done, Shreyas. What a great face and character you captured. Like the B&W and PB combination. I too would also like the man on left to be clearer. Another option would to do tighter crop to just include the main character, but I also love the feel of the whole kitchen scene.

I'd take that guy on the left out, recrop and let that man have center stage...you did a wonderful job here! Leaving the eyes so crisp and clear really makes the processing believable. Nice work!

He looks like quite a character, Shreyas. Very nice composition and sense of place. I agree that a sharper face on the left man would be nice, but I would still leave him in the scene because he balances the main character and cropping him out would create a very centered composition. Very well done!

Thank you all for your input. I debated myself whether to leave the person on the left out but did not do it precisely for the reasons that Christopher mentioned.
@Julie, true, the eyes on the man are so interesting as they convey a lot about his happy personality.
