    I always liked this relaxing pose of any shorebird.
    I hope you like it to. (And it is more interesting to ID it this way.)

    Excellent light, exposure, pose and bg, Karl. I'd take a good bit off the bottom to reduce the weight of the oof fg. For this pose, I'd place the bird more to the left.
    Details and sharpness look excellent.

    Great exposure and sharpness and pose. BG is beautiful. Agree with a little off bottom and moving bird to the left.

    beautiful colors, pose and setting. especially love the lacy edges to the feathers. kind of wish there was less of the more oof area at the bottom too.

    Lovely soft feeling to the photo which goes well with the nice relaxed pose. BG colors add a lot. I am with the off the bottom group and agree more standard comp. would be bird on left. Very well done.

    Great low angle and nice bg. I do like some off the bottom but probably halfway between the 2 :)
