    This is a setup. D700, 300 f2.8, 1.4tc, tripod. 1/200, f6.3, iso800. Cloudy WB, this is about 70% of the original. Adjusted exposure, saturation in acr. Levels, lightened eye, USM in CS3.

    Boy I really like your set ups. Lots of natural elements and the bird in an excellent position and lovely pose.

    Excellent idea, good composition and complimentary background. I may be tempted to check the colour temperature, the white cheeks are a little less than white and maybe a tad of NR on the tail.

    Another nice one Jack, I can see from your settings you were at the limit of DOF to get decent SS, but having the
    tail in focus would have improved an already nice photo.

    Your setups look so natural and the comp and pose are both excellent. My only wish it the single oof blade of grass that's cutting across at the LRC wasn't there.
