    Very nice pose, light and comp. The bg is excellent.
    The perch could be better, but the main issue here is the IQ - the details aren't quite there.
    Is this a large crop? If not, I would reprocess.

    I would chop off a little after the first knot in the wire on the right side of the bird to
    kill the out of focus wire and dead space.
