Great action, great composition and very good technically capturing the tonal range superbly.
I love the modest water drops and muted background and subtle colors.

Fantastic low angle and pose! I can't see much fine detail and head looks a bit soft - is it a big crop?

It is quite a crop from the OP Ofer. And I was scarred to add any more USM lest add noise....

    Ramesh:

Great angle, both birds and your shooting angle, soft BG,flying drops.

I agree with Ofer about the detail. I looked several times to be sure, but the head in particular looks soft to me.

Unless the original was underexposed, I would think the MKIV would easily tolerate more USM without noise issues, based on your starting ISO.

    Cheers

This is truly a gorgeous capture of this wing flap. The lovely layered and muted BG and water droplets really make it shine. However, I must agree that there is some movement in the head.

Hi Ramesh, super low angle, and you have captured a great wing flap. The flying droplets add interest. Your ss was fast enough to freeze this pose. I do agree the head is a touch soft - pity.

the pose is really nice and dynamic angle is great bummer about the softness in the head...
