Stuart, lovely early morning light and great reflections. I have two remarks: I would put the spoonbill more off center and to the left, and also more up in the frame in order to give the full reflection at the bottom more room. In those cases you have to select a sensor point to the left especially if you are handholding. If you compose the bird higher in the frame you would also loose the strip with darker spots on top which is slightly distracting. Second remark, I would desaturate the red in the spoonbill a little by adding some cyan to the red channel in selective color.
Since you had obviously no space left at the bottom, this is way better, but would move the bird a fraction more to the right, having the tip of the bill just touch the right vertical line of thirds.
