All comments welcome. I know most would like a higher shooting angle for the other foot to be visible. with higher shooting angle, at this spot, BG is not very attractive. The owl rarely stands on the road. Most of the time it is near the burrow which is on the roadside slope in a depression. I got a bit lucky here that it had moved slightly away from the burrow.

We get so picky with our photos! Had you not mentioned the rear foot, Not sure I would even have noticed. The front foot extended is what counts for me. Love the eye, looks like he's intent on a bug or something. Another cool image in this series. It's so much fun finding cooperative individuals and then following them, isn't it?

Wonderful shot. Love the walking pose, love the light, great low angle, and wonderful background. I really don't mind not seen the rear foot.
    Very well done.

Great pose, Bg, exp. The other eye that we almost can't see; I can't stop looking at it. I don't know what I would do with it, it looks strange.

    Hi Kaustubh,
I like the low angle and raised foot. I echo Jack's comment about the bird's right eye. It looks weird. I would burn the bright yellowish spot in that eye or clone so that the eye is all brown. Otherwise a very nice shot,

Hi Kaus, love the 'stealth' walking pose with the raised foot. Good low angle, great big yellow eye, and Im fine how the right eye has turned out, and against a great OOF BG too.

I like the marching pose, sharpness, details and raised foot. I am drawn to the right eye as well. Another good image of this enjoyable series.

Ha! His furtive expression and pose just cracked me up. Fantastic bg too. Love it!
