Does this image stand on it's own. I processed this in Fractalius, then with NIK Color Efex Pro for tonal adjustments. What do you all think?

The delicate lighting and shadows are lovely. I also like the nearly monochromatic color scheme. Have you considered a vertical with the tip of the flower pointing up and just a bit of stem to anchor it?

I think it's lovely, Cynthia. A very unusual presentation, and very effective.

I like the image as presented, the lighting and subtle shades are pleasing ...... well done
"what would it look like as a verticle?" worth a try but your image, your vision

Cynthia, This is wonderful! The lighting and the way the flower stands out from the background is very effective. I might tighten up the comp. if it were mine. Nice work.

    Nice image and application, Cynthia.

Like it either direction. But like Paul said ... Y.I.Y.V!

Very nice, Cynthia! I too like the lighting and subtle shades. The dark bg makes it stand out. My personal preference would be vertical... very nice processing. TFS.

Smooth and silky feel. Dramatic lighting. I like it as it is, but would also like to see if it might work as a vertical.

Hi Cynthia, nicely processed image...I too think I am more inclined to preferring it in the vertical orientation.
