    Great capture!
    Perfect pose. Would it be possible to make the background a bit darker with more color in post processing?

    I couldn't be more impressed. It's a lovely bird, great perch and BG, HA, comp, focus, and soft light. Great shot.

    A little less head turn would've been great although I'd take this in a heart beat.

    Hi Frank, good look-back pose, and I like the colours on this fellow, especially the blue of the throat. Im fine with the lighter BG, it shows off the soft afternoon light. I just wish he had turned his head a little more towards you, and I would bring down the contrast on the bird a touch.

    great light and pose Frank, nice details. A very slight head tturn towards us would have made it even better

    Everything looks great here, except that this beautiful little fella turned its head a bit too much. Super background, and love the irridesence of the blue feathers.
