    Sid,
This is simply beautiful. I would not change a thing. Superb simplicity that works really well. The exposure is spot on and the bluish sky and snow just wonderful.

One way to get around adding canvas is to make a mosaic in the field, then assemble the mosaic back home. It really doesn't matter for this image except then you can say the whole image is real and nothing added. Then you could submit it to some contests that would not otherwise be allowed, as this I feel would be a real winner.

    Roger,

    Very valuable suggestion.
During the last trip I was so focused on the subject I did not think about other possibilities in wider view. Now I am trying to add stuff to make that happen in post processing. I will be thinking little bit different next time. :)
    Thanks Again.

Hi Sid, lovely image, very much 'Kingdom of the Ice Bear'.

BTW I did notice the image has an untagged profile ie it's nor sRGB? Love it as presented Sid, but just a thought, what if the Blue of the BKG was more monochromatic ie going a grey colour, you know when a storm is approaching, just a thought?

    Very much enjoying this series.

Sid - absolutely love it. The falling snow takes it to another level.

    Steve,

I re-installed photoshop few weeks back. I dont have embed color profile checked. I guess that's the reason.
Also, look at few files from 6 months back and they have the same issue with some files.
    Thanks for letting me know.

Another beauty Sid. The raised paw and hesitant pose make this something special.

    Sid,
Roger nailed this one for me with his "superb simplicity" comment. Another outstanding image from this outing.

Another absolutely gorgeous Polar Bear image Sid.
Love the falling snow and simplicity.
I always have a second body with a 70-200 zoom handy for wider views
