    Stuart:

    Lots of good stuff here. Amazing colors, although perhaps a bit oversaturated. Very painterly look to the water and BG. Nice pose.

    I would apply some CW rotation to level it out, try to move the bird slightly to the left in the frame, try to tease out a bit more detail in the whites, and sharpen the bird a bit more.

    Lovely shot but the colours look OTT to me.
    I would suggest press the Alt key when in ACR and adjusting the exposure and Blacks - you will see where the colours are overexposed or oversaturated - hope this helps.
