    Default Stellar's Jay wings

First a layer of Fractalius, reduced opacity. Then several layers of Pixel Bender, spherize; each layer reduced opacity and each layer I made the sphere larger. I erased the original jay from each layer at a reduced opacity. Then back to PS and a bit of playing curves and I fiddled with vibrance & saturation.

p.s. We have a howling snowstorm today and I photographed this jay from inside thru an open window.

Nancy, this is very, very nice. I love the OOTB concept and the abstract look and the color combination. It reminds me of a Native American dance.

OMG! I could ditto Cheryl on this one. I too think it looks like a Native American piece.Very cool and OOTB.The soft colors and the repeats of the feathers are very appealing. Nice job.

    Nice image and application, Nancy.

A lot of work, but the results justify it.

Wonderful, creative, composition Nancy. Like the softness, and how you processed and blended the layers to create a pleasing pattern.

Thank you all. I had an idea in mind and it was fun working towards it.
