I like waterfowl shots with another bird in the image but oof, which this is. Curious what you guys think.
Canon 5D Mark II, 500 F4, F 5, 1/1600 sec. Processing primarily with Nik, raw pre sharpener, increase structure on bird in Viveza, and a couple filters to increase contrast in color efex 4.
    Comments and critiques always appreciated.

Stan, Ducks look good, water feels to be draining to the left. OFF works for me - Colors are tops! Bob

Stan, I like the OOF bird. stunning light and excellent shooting angle. loved the dramatic setting. beautiful texture in the water.

a little rotation is probably needed to line up the reflection of the eye. If mne, I'd crop from bottom right where your signature is..and add some at top.

OOF birds in an otherwise sharp image distracts to me, but that is just me. Otherwise the sharp duck and the colors are awesome.

I would consider making two rapid images -- each focused on one bird, then stacking/combining.
I'd also consider easing the life of these ducks -- they're expending a lot of energy paddling uphill just to stay in place as the water drains left ;-)
    Great colors.
    I like the image.

In-focus duck, and bg, and blue on the water are beautiful. I guess I'd personally like it better without the second duck, but that's just me. I also agree with KD on the cropping, and definitely need some rotation.

Thanks guys, especially Don for making me laugh at myself. I get too processing images and go too fast sometimes.

I like the repost better but think it could still use some more space up top. Nice image Stan!

Very nice shot. Lovely light and wonderful water color. Great low angle and the repost is much better.
    Well done.
