    I didn't think I was going to get the opportunity to photograph this gorgeous species during their irruption this year. Found out we had a flock of around 200 right in my town on the City Hall property! Got over there and captured quite a few images. Very tough to make a flight image of these guys as they stick close to the trees.

    Hi Jody,
    Very nice....especially with a tough subject. Debating BG...........but IMO....sufficiently OOF. I may have gone over to the mental illness side........and occasionally come back. On another note........I'm not sure where the 3rd rock from the sun is???.........but you are doing great there!

    Very nice details,eye contact and colors,I would prefer a more uniform bg

    This is just sick! Getting a sharp flightshot of these very fast birds is amazing! Awesome shot all the way!
