    Default Another LightPad image

I had a whole day of rain this weekend so here's another image I did using the LightPad. This was a piece of decorative paper that was probably made of papyrus that I bought at an art shop. I liked the patterns (reminded me of tie dye) so I propped the LightPad up so it was vertical and taped the paper to it. I used Topaz Adjust to brighten the colors a bit.
Thanks for looking. Comments and suggestions appreciated.

That's beautiful Cheryl! Is a light pad like what you view negatives with and light shines through the paper?

Judy, thank you. Yes, I believe that was it's original intent. I'm hoping to do some translucent flowers when I am able to get to a flower shop. I think that would be neat also.

Hi Cheryl, really nice pattern, colors, and texture. Great idea to bring the light inside on a rainy day... No need to stop shooting! Lovely image.

Ok Cheryl, this has convinced me. I am going online to find a light pad. The colors and the pattern remind me of a palm blur. Nice job. I am interested in shooting transparent flowers and the light pad sounds like a great idea.
