    Alittle high in the tree/bush perhaps but very unusual to get in the relative open
    indeed as the bird is completely wild I think I was very lucky indeed.
    The fruits they were eating were like spiky conkers, anyone know what they might be,

    this one captured at the town end of the jetty at Puerto Jimenez, Osa, Costa Rica

    thin sticks removed, some burning and level S&H games

    Good IQ and nice feeding pose. in a perfect world, the lower branch would not be there,

    You have a well exposed and sharp bird. Too bad for the high angle and the branch. Great that you were able to capture such a wild bird. I think I would try a tad more space on the top if you have it and if it's not too busy. Love how you were able to capture the behavior.
