    Shot with Nikon D300s, 70-200 VR II, Nikon 1.7x converter. Monopod.

    f/5.6, 1/1250 sec., ISO 200

    Hi Peter, well done for capturing a different pose from the norm, and good choice of comp to suit it. Overall, the image feels a touch dark, and by increasing your ISO, you could have gone for a smaller aperture to create more DOF.

    Considering I was shooting towards the middle of the day I definitely should have stopped down a bit. As for the exposure, that can be tweaked pretty easily. The original is a bit bright - I probably overdid it a bit when I adjusted the exposure the first time.

    Real nice shot. I really like the pose. Especially with the open bill. Great background and agree on it being just a tad dark.Well done.
