    Default Osprey

Another osprey image from Florida, made from Jim's boat. This is one big bird

Wonderful pose and indeed a big guy! Would have preferred to see it just a tad higher in the frame but other then that this is top notch!

Intense. Between the feet and that eye, you have given us a good feeling of the power of these birds. The background adds interest as well.

Excellent focus and DOF, beautiful rendition of the plumage, and what action - great shot.

terrific pose and IQ...excellent subject isolation. Well done as always. DOF coverage is surprisingly good for f5.6.

    That, is a wingspan!
Nice sense of action and the wings are about in the perfect landing pose.

    Hi Arash,
What is it that you do in PP that gives your images such clarity and 3D feeling to it? I feel like I could reach into the screen and touch the bird and have him fly out of the screen.

Hi Arash, incredible detail, tack sharp, and just love the swept back wing position. Nicely separated from the BG, and one of your best IMHO. Well captured.
