    The first Black-tailed Godwits have returned to our country so to me that's a clear sign that Spring has started..
    Here's one from last year..

    Lovely setting in here. Light was coming from the "wrong" direction but you delt with this nicely.

    Sweet setting and lovely image. I would darken the mid tones a bit as it looks a bit bright to my monitor.

    Jeron. terrific spring feeling here. loved the pose and the comp. size of subject in the frame is perfect IMO. as Ofer mentioned, you've handled the light very well...which is not very easy.

    I actually like the light direction, something I would not haver thought just by the thumb. Terrific setting. The bird itself has a greenish cast (no doubt caused by the grasses)...adding about 20 points of magenta in "Color Balance" selectively the the subject does wonders IMO. What do you think?
