    SS 1/1600
    Almost full frame as I had to rotate image a bit.
    Not the prettiest of birds but I like the light.
    PP in LR3 and cloned out debris in water in RLC + NR on BG in CS5

    The light is wonderful, and I do like brown pelicans, lots of character. NIce pose here, sharp, well exposed as well.

    Stunning image, Gail. The kind of light one dreams about, and so perfect on the colors of this pelican. Great pose, IQ, etc. Down here in Florida right now and would love to get a peli shot as good as this!
