Default Snowy Owl back at the cozy dumpsite

    Folks,
Permit me to entertain you with another look at my favorite snowy owl. She (this is a female, is it not?) resides at our local construction dumping grounds which double as a ramshackle bird sanctuary...anyhow, I am amused and pleased by this photo, and I wonder if you'll enjoy it as well...if nothing else perhaps you'll enjoy her study of the nearby art rubble and the caking blood on her feet...
    Taken with the Canon 7D, 300mm f4 + 1.4, iso250, 1/1250, f7.1
Many thanks for your kind consideration...

Any chance the raw file still has room to right or bottom?
If this were mine, I'd give a little more room. You might have to extend the canvas (content aware fill does a good job).
Interesting pose, and nice junk. I like the anchoring strip of blue at the bottom, but just wish it was a little thcker.

If it were mine , I would crop it vertical and eliminate the "art work" on the left side. I think it overpowers the subject which you captured very well.

thanks folks...this image is full-frame...Don, I'm in complete agreement with you. I do have some shots with a little more room on the bottom but in those shots the owl is not being quite so sweet. I know nothing of canvas extension, but will learn one of these days, if my brain can handle it! That would probably help this image out a lot! Joe, thanks for your comment too. It's quite difficult to get pictures of this particular bird sans junk and so I've made an exercise for myself: to get shots of her with photogenic junk! But as they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure. I appreciate your comments, folks, many thanks...
