Karl:
Sharp, well exposed, nice angle in frame, drops, good shooting angle, all good.
I think Willets are under appreciated because they are a bit drab until they open their wings!
Cheers
Randy
Loving this shot Karl! The details in the wing are fantastic.
Gary.
Very nice wings!
I agree with Randy, wing photo's make a huge difference with these.
Well done.

Nice shot of the willets wings. Funny how you wouldn't know if they didn't open em up how cool they are.
beautiful clear image Karl - love the water drops and those wings are incredible.
Hi Karl, well timed for the touch down, and the underwing shows off the colours and detail nicely. I like the clarity of the water, and the shadow shows that you were positioned nicely to get the shot.![]()
Well done Karl, you have captured a great open wing pose here.
Thanks, Mike.

Nice wings and captured, Karl.
Karl, this is beautiful! I like this one much better than your previous one (although I do like wingstrecthes). Great open wing, and sharp everywhere it needs to (face!) I would only wish for more room below as the subject feels low in the frame IMO.
P.S. Dust bunny alert in ULC![]()

very nice pose, I like the water drops, a lower angle would be even better if possible

Wonderful shot. I really like the wing position, exposed well, and excellent feather detail.
Well done.
