    Hi Craig, super low angle, and the light has brought out the various colours on the waxbill nicely. The waxbill is nice and sharp too. I find the darker area of the ULC of the BG a touch over - powering, so creating a vertical would work here too.

    As soon as I saw this image I felt it would look better as a vertical. Techs and IQ are good. Just wish he was a bit bigger in the frame,

    Craig, personally, I loved the horizontal original -- great placement of the bird and nice use of the OOF foreground.

    A beautiful little fella, and I love the quirky "peek-a-boo" pose. Great colours too. Many options you got here, and I'm with Greg about liking the horizontal (except for the large dark area)...but I would go with less at bottom.
