Hi Manishgadia, please can you an some more information, ie EXIF data, plus any key information that would help us give feedback in relation to your posting. If you haven't already, may I suggest you take a few minutes to read the thread below.

Initially I would adjust the LH slider in Levels so it meets the base line, around 12-15, apply some more sharpening to the frog only, but the biggest issue is the OOF leaf in the BKG that really takes the eye away from the focus point, the main subject.

I agree with Steve. Also, some of it is a bit grainy and could benefit from some noise reduction.

I would agree with Steve on the leaf. Some repositioning might have eliminated that. IMO the background is as important as the subject. the composition needs to place the subject in a comfortable arrangement with the background and eliminate as much visual distraction as possible.

It looks like critical focus was on the nose between the tip and the eye. Eye sharpness is most desirable here. I would agree more sharpening is needed as Steve suggests.

Thanks Friends for the Suggestions. I completely agree with you guys. Will Implement the suggestions mentioned. Also from next time will post with Exif Data. Thanks again for reminding the same. The picture was taken wrong, i focus has gone on from frog to branch. It should primarily have been the main subject. Noise reduction in the back of the frog will certainly improve the picture here.

I can only agree with what's been said. Immediately I noticed that some selective sharpening on the frog's head was needed. Then I noticed the leaf.
    Looking forward to more...
