Managed to get this shot if just one buff isolated against the setting sun as the herd moved off after drinking from the river, Chobe River, Botswana.

Brendon - beautifully done. A real wall hanger.

Certainly different Brendon, not too sure how it would hold up if larger?

I have looked at this a couple of times and not sure how I feel about this image.

Certainly appreciate the patience in isolating one subject and the techs are good in terms of expsoure for the rim lighting.

For silhouettes, my perference is not to have the sun in the frame.

In this instance, I would rather see more of the sun in the image.

I love silhouettes and this one is very fine. It is a bit of a "busy" silhouette, but I think that's just "different". Congratulations on a seeing and executing a really striking shot.
