    Hi Everyone,
Here is my last post in this series from Boundary Bay. There are several more shots similar to this but I won't bore you any longer. This one is about half frame.

    Stats: Canon 1D Mark4, 500mm with 1.4X, 1/1250, F/7.1, ISO-640

    Thanks for your comments,

    Steve

Nice full wing span and landing pose. Another crop suggestion would be a bit more room top and on the right. Well exposed. Good for you to catch the action.

Nice job of capturing the peak of the action. Great sharpness, and I love the concentration of the bird.

    Hi Everyone,
Thanks for the great comments on this image. We don't get the chance to see these guys that often out in this neck of the woods. The last big irruption was 2005-2006. Lots of great shots now to last for the next few years.

Spring is right around the corner. Next thing on the menu will be Yellow Rumps, Western Tanagers and Bluebirds.

    Take care and good light,

    Steve
