Default Snowy Owl Enjoying Ocean Waves

Haven't posted for a while. This photo was taken at Damon Point, WA, two weekends ago. Was lucky that the snowy owl was at this perch the whole morning with the huge waves of ocean shores as backdrop.

Special thanks to Conrad Tan who taught me how to get there, also thanks to Doug Brown and Lee Rentz for valuable info. Nice to run into Tim Kuhn there, and get to know Arash thru an interesting encounter.

Blessed with nice weather for 2 days. Hiking to the beach was quite an experience that I almost fainted. Who'd have thought walking to a beach would be so tough.

Maybe you have to live in the Northwest to really appreciate this, but I really like the Surf in the BG and the driftwood perch.
It just screams Coastal Oregon or in this case Washington if you live here.
    Very nice.
