This image was taken last summer. This poor little guy was being chased by some Red wing black birds and found refuge by the car in which I was sitting in. It allowed me few frames before going back in the marsh.
It was taken from the car with lens on bean bag for support. Cloned some twigs from right side of the frame. The BG is vegetation from the marsh.

Beautiful image Carmelo. It is nice that the bird turned its head since its body is facing the other way. Some may point out that the branch obstructs the body a tiny bit. But, I like the shot. These birds pass through our yard in the spring and linger for a few days. I am hoping to get a good shot of one then.

Killer sharp image with great detail. Sweet, sweet BKGR possibly a bit over-saturated. Bummer that part of the bird is obscured by the perch. And a beautiful bird with a very good head angle.

Hi Carmelo, I like the pose, and overall detail and colours on the bird. Comp wise, if this were mine, I would add a little more space on the right, and take off a little from the left. I feel the BG colour is a touch too saturated, and toning it down wont harm the image.

Great pose, ha, perch, and bg. The blacks and yellows look very good, sharp all over.

    Hello Carmelo.
Wonderful shot. Real nice pose, superb feather detail, and wonderful background.
    Well done.
