    Default Low Flying Osprey



    Managed this low flying capture from reserve hide handheld using a Canon mk3 with 300mm F2.8 plus 2.0ex.

    s/s 1/1000 F9.0 iso 320.

    Cloning tool / temp control / sharping all done in photoshop.

    Don, a lot to like here. I like the angle of the shot with the bird coming toward the camera. The image is well exposed with the whites under control. There is good feather detail and the wing position is good. It would be ideal if the head was not buried in the right wing.

    Don, great capture and nice processing - really good job all around. Exposure and color balance look good. The image doesn't look level to me. Is it just my eye, or does it need a bit of CCW (anti-clockwise in your parlance ) rotation?
