Hello everyone. A while back I had posted a close up of this bird. I had the 1.4tc on and could not fit the entire bird. I pulled of the tc and managed to just get one shot which is the following.

Gorgeous image, Robert. Perfect comp, nice pink hues in the bg and fg sand. Nice light, pose and sharp details. Even like the dried plant at the right edge which is like a garnish to the negative space :)
Lovely image - wish it were mine.

Killer capture, Robert. The light and low angle really work here. Love that bit of environment which you included. The picture wouldn't be the same without it.

Those feather details and the nice sharp foreground make this one for me. Well defined eye and surrounding red ring eye color are clearly seen. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Robert, one of your best IMHO. great low perspective, and you have captured good feather detail, and the colours pop. Overall sharp, and just love that BG. Congrats.
