    Cool shot Jim. I like colourful things, so this image makes me happy. It really fits the bill, if you know what I mean.

    What a lovely specimen, Jim with spectacular colors. It looks as though you've been out with Doug and Greg.

    When I look at the head of this gorgeous creature, I am not seeing a lot of details. I am wondering if this is due to the size of the image or maybe your point of focus was on the beak. Maybe somebody else with a better eye might chime in here and help out.

    Lovely! Because of the very large beak I think even more room on the right might bring about more balance.

    Love the colors here and the pose is nice too. i would prefer a little more dof on the perch and body.

    Beautiful colors.
    It is so bright that a bit looser crop would look nice to me.

    Very nice shot, but it does not appear to have the detail that some of your previous images had.

    Jim, I love this series of birds from Costa Rica. I am heading there in October--can't wait to get a chance at these beautiful subjects. Keep `em coming!
