    Default Stalking Puku

This female from the infamous Nsefu pride was the first to initiate the Puku hunt.
She left her 2 sisters to arch around the back using the cover of a sand ridge to commence her stalk.
The last vestiges of sunlight bathed the river beach in a beautiful golden glow.

Very nice stalking pose captured Marc. Have you considered cropping off the top dark bit of the cliff? I did a rough crop in the browser and quite liked it.

Would agree with Hilary on this one Marc, cropping at the top of the bank above the water certainly works, loosing about 25mm off the top. Like the stalking profile and front leg trailing.

Simple and very, very effective for me. Fantastic pose. I couldn't add anything to the above - maybe tone down the bright patch of water if you want to manipulate, but I like it as-is.

I certainly did consider that alternate crop and yes it can work also. Left it as is, but a good suggestion.

Marc - nice stalking pose and I like the water as part of the scene. It's nice to have alternatives for the crop.

Mar, Very nice pose, she does not look that hungry. Agree on cropping some from the top

Nice side-on shot of the stalking pose, Marc. I would crop off the top to lose the dark band on the riverbank. IQ held up well given the conditions and settings...
