    7D, 500 f/4, 1.4 TCII
    1/1250, ISO1250, f/11

    taken from gypsy and some how when we saw this chap feeding on ground playing with kill in evening.
    Suddenly we stopped and by the time i was moving the camera out the biggest issue with 7d came up. the dial got changed to P and i bursted few frames.
    It was in p mode luckily ISO was set on 1250 and i got few keepers :)

    The P worked very nicely Great looking bird, love the outspread wings, eye contact and low angle.

    Yes, 'P' worked for you...and IMO you really did excellent for that ISO on 7D..wonderful eye contact and details..

    Terrific shot - well done. I have now resorted to placing insulation tape on my 7D dial, it was regularly knocked off AV, and onto Manual or TV now it does not budge.

    Mital, pretty pretty good for a grab shot. angle, light, pose, details, enviornment...everything looks very good.
