    The Tawny Eagle will always remain to be one of my fav raptors, I just love their style and design and off course they do have a lot of attitude.

    Got this huge guy at Sunrise.

    Spec: 1/5000, F5.6, ISO 800.

    Mk4+500mm+1.4TC

    Wow that is a real humdinger of a shot, light and detail excellent, almost ideal pose, congrats on a super shot.

    Just a quick note to say: thank you for sharing this. I'd never seen or heard of the tawny eagle before, and you're quite right...a magnificent bird, to be sure. Agree with above posters RE qualities of image...

    Kiran, another signature shot. loved the light here. and that BG is of course great. you are the best when it comes to photographing raptors at eye level. i dont recollect seeing a sky BG in your raptor shots :-)

    Outstanding capture Kiran.
    Detail throughout the shot and colour balance.
    As mentioned previously the angle of the shot makes the bird look majestic.
