Wonderful image of this SEO. Would prefer a less centered crop if possible.

Love those eyes I am ok with the placement of the Owl in the frame but id wish the blue strip across the top was not there I would be tempted to crop down from the top to lessen it or eliminate it completely

Jonathan this is too good to me. As i know making Flight images of SEO is almost not possible in my part. you barely see em in open.
loved it . just that you can reduce the dark patches on bg.

Hi Jon, they are getting closer. Good eye contact, and I like the flight angle, as well as the rim light on the edge of the wings. The BG works for me, and agree, a little off the top wont harm this. The owl is also separated from the BG so well

Love the lighting, the intent look and the overall mood in this one, Jon.

Works for me. I might also like just a bit off the top and the right, but it's a nice shot as posted. I'm sure you'll keep trying for a closer shot. The SEO's that graced my local field last winter have failed to show up this year, to my dismay. I was determined that this would be my year.

Nice image of this owl - I'm like the back lighting especially for flight shots. I would prefer it a little more towards the right and top of the frame and a bit closer if there's nothing in the BG to balance it with.

Real nice shot. I really like the flight pose and the habitat. I would be very happy with a shot like this one.
    Well done.
