    This is a Black Kite also known as a Common Kite here.

    Love the pose but your subject is to tight in the frame if you have room I would not crop it as tight and if this is full frame I would add canvas to both sides.

    Angad,

    Beautiful form you have captured. although the composition looks really tight here. You can extend canvast if you're so close on left and right and that would give some free air to the balancing act of the kite.

    This is purely my personal suggestion. little more bigger size say 1024 longer side would be more enjoyable.
