I like the pose here Ramesh.
I do think there is a bit of a green cast overall, easy to correct though.
There also seems to be some sort of processing halo around the neck and head (shadow recovery?).
The biggest issue I feel here is actually the sharpness and overall IQ.
If the Mara is anyhing like the open Kalahari plains (which I believe it is) then the heat haze will affect focusing performance and overall sharpness anywhere from 9am to 5pm. Add a teleconverter to your already long telephoto, and this will be more noticeable, and it does seem like your image has suffered from this phenomenon.
In my experience it's not even something that fine sharpening at web resolution can really fix as it affects the way the sensor captures fine detail at a distance. The best way to counter is is to shoot at better times (not always an option and when one is on safari one tends to maximise time in the field) or to be closer to your subject as the effect worsens for every extra meter you have to focus over the warming earth.

Hope this helps, and sorry to be so blunt.
Master of the great plains,
Hoping to be your padwan in africa someday. :) Excellent critic and valuable suggestions.
