    s/s 1/800 f5.6. iso 640. big crop bit of burning/sharping all done in photoshop cs3.

    walking along farm track saw 3 of these Roe Deer anticipating this one was going to jump the dyke i managed this shot.

    Don things won't change once it leaves you, if you want, you can email the upload image to me and I can do a comparison for you. I like the shot as it's a little different to what's normally posted, but if this is using the MKIV & 300f/2.8 I'm suprised about the IQ (image quality) even though it's a big crop. As presented the colours look reflective of early morning? I would either crop a fraction off the LHS to loose the dark post, or clone it out and run a little NR on the BKG.

    It's always good when a moment we "saw in our mind's eye beforehand" plays out before us and we are ready to photograph it.
    For me, at least, the POV isn't ideal (would've liked it if you were on a lower angle) but know it's not always possible.
    If the resolution can stand it I would crop away the top part up to right above the dyke?
