    s/s 1/320 f6.3 iso 500 a little clone sharpening and colour tweak 50% crop all in photoshop.

    handheld from Far Ings reserve hide Lincolnshire U.K. mist clearing leaving nice dew on the grass bank.

    Don - this series is amazing. that is a beautiful bird, and I like this one best so far. the detail in the feathers is so beautiful. I am terrible with crops, but i'm wondering if you might crop it a little tighter so the bird is even more the point of interest.

    Hi Don, looks good to me too. I do agree that a tighter crop might look better. I like the colors and tonal range of the image. Don't know why your images look different here, are you looking at your image on a browser before posting?

    Don, so if you take the same files, download them to your computer and view with the same browser do they look different?

    Don,

    Some sites have different settings and images can vary a bit. Usually not material and often hard to detect. The main issue when viewing digital images is color balancing your monitor - do you. I use Spyder 3 Pro, not saying this is the best but good value for the money. I calibrate every month to 45 days this really helps control the gamma and strong brights.
