I am not sure if this is the same image I posted before the "crash", but whatever it is from the same sequence.

This grumpy Rhino took a dislike to Gnu at "his" mudbath and proceeded to give chase quite funy really.

Taken at Khama Rhino Sanctuary, Botswana, 31st December 2011

Liked it the first time I saw it Ken, love the dirt/dust being kicked up, with the swifts a bonus. I think I (or perhaps Morkel?) mentioned the green cast on the rhino also, easily fixed.

Ken - I didn't know a rhino could get 3 legs of the ground at once. The texture of the mud as well as the bits flying is top notch. Agree on the cast. Nice comp too with the sliver of waterhole at the bottom.

    Hi Ken,
I love the mud plastered look.

Love the soft light, moment frozen and the OOF swallow. I too would remove the green cast as it would take the image to another level (I think I did a repost on your initial image?)

Thanks everybody for your comments, personally I cannot really see a green cast nor can I rember the comments on the lost post
It was indeed very green there following the good rains.

Here is a repost with the green slightly lower

Repost is a big improvement IMHO, Ken. It's not about the foliage which must be green based on the setting and the soft early morning light...but the way the camera picks up a green sheen on the rhino which no doubt comes from reflected light from the surrounding foliage, but is something our eyes don't normally pick up on as our brains tend to "auto-correct" the WB for us ...
