Taken today, this is what the Pacific Northwest looks like in the driest sunniest winter in decades!
We never get brown grass, I liked the look with the Coyote couple.

Dan - nice dof to get both sharp. Light and color look good. Interesting about the grasses.

Dan, Ofer has expressed it perfectly, doesn't get any better, top shot.

This is sweet, I feel like part of their world. Great image.
Hi Dan,
Beautiful habitat image.

Yup - your best yet Dan. Great colours, sharpness and composition.
Would this area be covered in snow in a "normal" winter??
Thanks for the comments, everyone.
Morkel, It snows maybe once a year and melts the same day.
The Grass is usually really green in the winter as it rains most of the time all winter.
Not so this year, It has been a treat!

Nice pic Dan. Colors are good and the coyotes are healthy looking. Pretty standard color grasses around these parts.
Beautiful image!
