I like the toe dragging landing pose, the overall exposure.
I would probably move him a bit right in the frame, because of the way he is landing, the negative space on the right doesn't add a lot.
In a perfect world, would like the birds left wing to be a bit more open, not easy with the angle of his landing.
The color temp of the image seems just a little cool on my monitor.
