    took this the other week,this bird had just been preening itself,you can see the preen gland on its rump,the sun was just coming up,and it was frosty.cannon 7D,400mm cannon prime lens,tripod,cannot give ss,aper,iso,just installed on new computer,and in bridge it as not showed camera details,will have to have a look why,or someone on here may be able to help.critics wellcome.thanks.

    A lot to like here Chris. I like that you caught the bird doing something interesting and it looks around at you as if to ask "what"? The frost on the vegetation adds to the mood. The large white feather, while perhaps not blown, looks a bit hot - I might tone it down a tad. Like the comp too.

    thankyou Paul and Dan for your comments,and you are right about the tail being a bit hot Dan,did not look too bad before I posted.thanks again.
