    Default Brahminy Kite

Heard about tameness of this bird and i took leave to go there to find myself.
True enough this is one of the tame animal i have ever seen, this guy just flew near me and start Singing (like begging someone to stroke him).
Later from resources i found this bird was release by local National Park under rehabilitation program. I hope he can survive in wild.

    Waqar,

this is extremely beautiful image. Sharpness, Expo and bg awesome. I might compose the bird head little left to give a visitor direct look into the eye.

Thanks Mital, will go for improvement shot.
But my 600mm is too long for this bird. ppl with shorter focal length sit in front and make it difficult to get different pose. I think i would rent smaller focal length.
BTW i have a frontal pose but the first one is much better.

Awesome portrait Waqar. Handsome bird, superb exposure and details against an excellent bg.
Did you take any with more DOF (since you had ample SS to trade?) although I'm liking the effect of a shallow DOF here.
If possible, I'd add just a tad more above and move him a bit to the left.
Thanks for sharing this stunning image.

Wow!!! Beautiful bird. Excellent feather detail, love the background, great head angle. I agree on a tad more DOF, but still a great shot.
    Well done.

I like the feather detail, sharpness and eye. I might try a version with the BG saturation lowered a bit and Sidharths composition suggestion. Excellent image Waqar!
