    VPN,

    Wonderful look back post here.

I see a magenta cast which I hope is not caused by my new monitor

I think it needs a slight boost in contrasr, plus a slight rotation and a tad of smart sharpen.

I have taken the liberty of trying a repost, what do you think.

Your OP has no embeded colour profile, which may cause problems on some browsers. Just follow the steps in the sticky above.

    Hi VPN,

Not to sure about CS5, but in CS4 when converting there is a box to tick which if selected embeds the profile.

Love the pose here as well, VP, agree on the CCWR, plus would also like to see a bit more room below and left if you have it?

Hi VPN, colour issues easily fixed and I think you can extract a bit more out of the file, but the detail is there in the face which is key. Reducing some of the Red & Yellow overall based on the OP does help and hopefully is going in the right direction. Not embedding the right Colour Profile will never reflect the right look you have created and will consistently bring up the same initial feedback.

That aside, Marc has highlight the main issue, the composition. As he said, you need more image to the left, at least the same amount of space as you have already, but leaving enough for the animal to walk into on the right, plus in this instance, the animal is also walking away from you which is not ideal. I would also consider running some NR in the BKG too.

Hi VPN, im not sure if you have had your monitor calibrated but you seem to be having color issues consistently! I would suggest that you do it when you can, it will make a huge difference. Anyway re the image, I would give it a CCW rotation with a touch more space on the left hand side. Also some NR in the BG will work nicely. Great look back pose, thanks for sharing!

Typical Hyena posture nicely captured V.P. with lots of good detail. Agree with more space on the left and with the colour issues raised.
